Fees, Surrender Charges & Liquidity

Fees and Charges

When preparing the Allianx 350 review, we found that a 0.95% fee is deducted from the contract’s accumulation value as a 360 Benefit rider fee. The rider is optional, so it is up to you to decide whether to include it in your contract.

Surrender Charge Schedule

A surrender charge is a fee applied when funds are withdrawn from an annuity before the end of the specified term.

Like most annuities, the Allianz 360 Annuity features a surrender charge schedule that outlines these fees, which decrease gradually over time as the contract matures.

Here is the Allianz 360 surrender schedule:

The Allianz 360 is a fixed indexed annuity that credits interest based on the performance of selected market indexes. Your principal and credited interest are protected from market downturns, meaning you’ll never lose money due to market volatility.

Through the optional 360 Benefit Rider, you can receive a 25% interest bonus each year during the accumulation phase. This bonus consistently enhances growth without requiring special conditions, helping increase your potential lifetime income.

You can choose between two lifetime income options:

  • Level Income: Fixed payments for life, offering stability and predictability.
  • Increasing Income: Payments that can grow annually based on credited interest, helping offset inflation and rising expenses.

Yes. The Allianz 360 allows additional premium payments anytime within the first 18 months of the contract or until annuity or lifetime income payments begin. This flexibility helps you gradually build your retirement savings.

Yes. Upon death, beneficiaries receive the greater of the account value, the guaranteed minimum value, the cumulative withdrawal balance, or the premium paid (minus withdrawals and applicable charges). They may choose a lump-sum payout or periodic payments.

Withdrawals made during the surrender charge period may incur fees or a Market Value Adjustment (MVA). The MVA can increase or decrease the withdrawal amount depending on current interest rates but won’t reduce your value below the guaranteed minimum.
