SBL ClearLine Annuity Key Features
Market-Value Adjustment (MVA)
- Triggered if, during the surrender charge period, the annuity owner surrenders the annuity, annuities it, exceeds the free withdrawal amount, or the
- Joint Owner of the annuity (one that isn’t the spouse) dies.
Does not apply to free withdrawals, death benefits, or required minimum distributions required by the Security Benefit.
