What Does Retirement Mean To You?
Our vision of what Retirement looks like is a bit different for each of us. However, the core principles are much the same. We each want to spend time doing what it is that we want. Whether that's spending more time with family, taking up a new hobby, or simply relaxing more with no obligations or places to be. We also want to ensure that our retirement is safe and secure and built to withstand the test of time. We are living longer than ever before. And with that comes more responsibility to mitigate the risks we all face in retirement. Whether you're retired or about to be, I take pride in educating you on the financial risks we face and what products and tools are available to secure our retirement income and grow our assets safely so that you may get what many would agree is the most valued asset of all in retirement and that's more peace of mind.
About Me
Old School Principles, New School Approach
From the Virtual Desk of Tom Boyle
Charlotte, NC
I am married to my lovely wife, Shannon of 25 years. We have 4 children together that always keep us on our toes! Shannon and I met while I was studying abroad in Great Britain and we have been inseparable ever since.
I grew up in Garden City, NY. I started my career in Financial Services back in 1993 right after I graduated college. My first stop was as a mortgage backed securities broker with Garvin Guy Butler. In 1996 I moved to the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, where I worked as a phone clerk and broker for K.G.B. Securities until I bought the firm in 2002. I was one of the youngest independent floor officials at the time. I merged the firm with Cuttone & Co. In 2006 and became an equity sales trader on the floor until 2012 when we moved to North Carolina. My father was my inspiration to join this industry and fortunately for me he brought me under his wing and taught me the ropes. He was a great man that taught me many things not only about business but also about life. One of the greatest principles he ever taught me was that in order to succeed in this business, you must earn the trust of the people you work with. This trust is earned through listening, understanding, and treating everyone with respect. He would always say that God gave us two ears and one mouth for a reason. That one always stuck with me. I can still hear his voice saying that to this very day. He has since passed, but the principles he instilled in me have never wavered. With this business we take on great responsibility. And a large part of this responsibility drives me to stay at the forefront of the latest strategies and technology to ensure my clients have the best opportunities to make educated and informed decisions on their financial future. After conducting business the "old school" way for over 25 years, having the ability to meet clients virtually has transformed my business and even more importantly, it has transformed my client's experience. Running a virtual practice makes for great efficiency allowing me to be in front of my clients more than ever before. Reducing the "wind-shield" time so that we can focus more on what matters most has been most beneficial. As an educator first, I truly believe in helping educate people on sound retirement planning principles. In order to make one of the most important decisions of your life, you must have confidence. Confidence is only built through education and trust. These principles I hold most dearly to everything that I do.
Godspeed,

The Family Man
My Wife Shannon and I lived as a couple in New York City for 10 years before moving to the North Shore of Long Island where we raised our 4 wonderful children. We have now live in Charlotte, NC since 2012. We absolutely love it here. Nothing beats the warmer weather. We like to spend most of our time together as a family outdoors playing with our dogs. We were fortunate enough to rescue our dogs from a local shelter but in all reality I feel like they rescued us. They bring so much joy to our lives everday.
The Charitable Giver
During my free time, I am working with my non-profit organization called Operation Baggataway. Operation Baggataway's mission started in 2009 with the sole purpose of collecting and distributing lacrosse equipment to any military service personnel and their families FREE of cost anywhere in the world. My family is very appreciative of the military and the sacrifices they make for our country every day. I feel this is the least we can do to help reduce the cost of this sport and grow the game.
The Golfer
I believe that Golf is the greatest game on earth. It has to be one of the most challenging to consistently play well. With so many variables, every course and every round is different. While this is one of the many reasons I love the game, one of the most profound reasons is because when you play a round with good people, you really get a chance to know them inside and out. You get to see how people carry themselves through the good and the bad. I think this is one of the greatest things about sports. Through times of adversity, how do we respond?

What Our Customers Say
Our Client's Needs Come First
Annuity Association understood our needs and found the best annuity to meet our income goals. They were very thorough and did not pressure us to buy.
After speaking with several insurance agents from other companies, I was confused. That was until I found Annuity Association. Their Fiduciaries are difference makers in helping you understand how the recommended annuities fit your overall retirement plan.
I would not buy an annuity from any other company but Annuity Association. Having a Fiduciary recommendation added confidence in my buying decision. A++!
